I had delicious food for breakfast for my taste😃

Extremely spacious room and separate bathroom with all necessary facilities. Exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed. Pleasant hotel in an INCREDIBLE setting to the Baha' i temple.

The whole experience was very good. Fairly clean and perfect place and the breakfast was savoury. Location - it was good, a bus station was near the hotel. There were restaurants and a zoo near the place. The staff were excellent and always had a smile.

The hotel is excellent, friendly staff and a very good spa. The vacation was wonderful!

I didn't like the fact that the car in the hotel parking lot can be delivered for an extra plateau - I think it should be part of the hotel services.

Fantastic and favourable location, it was near a bus stop. On top of that, restaurants and a zoo were near the property. They offered well-equipped and new-fashioned rooms with beer and many cookies, for example.

The room had very limited views.

The views were amazing, and the breakfast was really good. The room wasnice and neat, perfect for a romantic getaway. Although the indoor pool looks a bit dated, it's still quite enjoyable. Just beware of potential service inconsistencies.

The room was nice we were told we were upgraded to Business floor ,but when we entered the business room which was next to our room we were told we were not on the list. I felt very uncomfortable with this set up.I Was also disappointed to find out that parking was extra. We stayed in hotel in Jerusalem and parking was included

The view is gorgeous! It would deserve a visit even only for that reason.

From the top of my head, there is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The hotel is empty, maybe because it's too expensive. The staff at reception were so unfriendly as if we were bothering them.I've been staying at this hotel now for 10 years but it has changed for the worse . I will stay at another hotel next year. M

great access to parks and charming neighborhoods nearby

I was delighted by the fantastic view of the bay from my room and the warm hospitality from the staff. I especially enjoyed the proximity to the Louis Promenade and the Haifa Educational Zoo, perfect for a leisurely stroll and exploration, a must for weekend travelers like me.

I loved the location of our room which was on the highest floor. It was on the executive floor but the rooms were very small and the bathrooms even smaller. The plus point was that we had a fantastic view from our room over looking the Haifa Bay. I would say that this is probably one of the better places to stay in Haifa even though it is pricey but then all 4/5 Star Hotels in Israel are very pricey. Its location next to the Bahai Gardens also helps if you plan to visit these beautiful gardens.

The location was in a beautiful setting at the top of the hill and within walking distance to restaurants.
